Guest guest
I don't have any reference to give you. I've just always seen the nick-name printed like a middle name, so I would put: Siegler, J.J. " Kip " ) Joy ----Original Message Follows---- To: <nmtc > Subject: Name Formatting Date: Wed, 19 Feb 2003 21:33:57 -0500 Hi all, I have a patient name (this is on a non-graded assignment and is a printed publication so confidentiality doesn't apply here) that contains a nick-name like this: J.J. " Kip " Siegler. Does anybody know where the correct way to do this on a chart with last name first might be found in the BOS? I tried names and titles, neither of which gave a clue. Any help would be MOST appreciated! TIA!! Sylvia Roller M-TEC Student - Session 3 gentlsong@...
