Guest guest
I had started eating oats, often 3-4 times per week. I had no intestinal problems but I have developed a skin irritation/rash near my mouth called angular cheilitis which when it shows up, is supposed to be a clue to a doctor to look for celiac. So, I’m assuming that it may be related to the oats (otherwise, I’ve been pretty good about being GF). I’ve cut out the oats and will see what happens now. I think it’s just not clear about the oats. Guest guest
The issue with oats and buckwheat is contamination. My husband found a study which showed that even the ones from Scotland had gluten in like 25% of the cans. > > We are GFCF due to Autism Spectrum and have been for 2+ years.
