Look up safe and forbidden ingredient list on Celiac.com.

http://www.celiac.com/st_prod.html?p_prodid=185 & p_catid=12 & sid=91hH9H1Tw7tn9

I copied those, carry them in my purse and peruse them when I purchase new

items at the market. You will know if you can buy the item by checking the

good and bad list.

Gluten-Free Labels

I have a question...

May be a dumb one, but nevertheless..

At the market, if 'gluten' or 'wheat' is not listed in an item's

ingredients, is it gluten-free?

Some products say 'gluten-free' on the front label. What is the difference?

I am new to all of this and get confused sometimes.... Please help!

Thank you!
