Hello Connie,

Welcome to WLB. If you want friends and support you have certainly come to the

right place. I'm pleased to see that you are not after a 'quick fix'. I'm sure

nearly everyone here has at least one horror tale to tell of losing a lot of

weight quickly following some 'miracle cure' or another only to gain back

everything they lost and more.
