Guest guest
Welcome Amber, WOW! You are a busy one aren't you! I'm Gena, 38, married with 2 girls and a stay at home mom. My girls are older, in fact, the older one Niki is gone in the army so I just have Cassie home and she is at school and stuff so it's just me home most the time. I know it's hard when you are on the go like that. Can you maybe prepare things the night before? Do you have access to a microwave? Or maybe bring a little cooler with you and have, yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit salads or Slim fast shakes? The water and exercise are great too. It is good to try and get your b/f to go but I would go without him if he wont go. Just take the initiative to do it for you. This is something you have to do yourself, for you. It is worth it. You can do it! We will be here for you to cheer you on. Oh at my heaviest I was 284, so far I am 206. It can be done!!! Think lifestyle. Work on habits and behaviors. Be patient and consistent. It has to be things you can keep doing or the weight will not stay off. Reading old posts is very helpful. Great info. I hope to hear more from you.
