Guest guest
I am SO confused about ALA. It has now been 10 weeks since my dental revision and I did a little chlorella. I spoke with Andy Cutler one day and he said my situation sounded like mercury toxicity even though I did not meet the counting rules. I am sure he said it was okay for me to do ALA every three hours for three or four days, then lay off, then start again, etc. Does this not sound right. I am not taking any other products. Guest guest
Sorry I didn't mention this before, but my daughter did do as her doc suggested and bought a chelation kit from the health food store. I don't know the name of it, but she did say it had some ALA in it, and I thought she said this product was to be taken a couple times a day. This has me concerned....taking any ALA like this even with other ingredients. V > > My daughter who is 36 wants to start chelation, but is not quite sure > what protocol to follow. Guest guest
This is the protocol my daughter was thinking about. She was thinking of every 3 hours during the day and every 4 hours at night for 3 days on and 4 days off. In Andy's book he says for ALA only, " You may want to do this for a week or so and then skip a week or so " . Maybe someone else will chime in on this. V > > I am SO confused about ALA. Guest guest
Thanks so much for your response. Yes she (and I also) have had all our amalgams removed by a dentist in Winter Park, FL that uses all the precautions. In fact he has written a book called " Mercury Free " , which is a great book by the way. I will convince her not to take that chelation Kit. I do not know if she has taken any or not today, but I do know she started ALA today, every 3 hours, and is setting the alarm to take tonight. She will join this group next week I hope, or maybe the next week as she is swamped right now running back and forth across state. I'm sure she would post her hair test. The only problem is that the doc she went to does not use Doctor's Data. She is going to my doctor now and plans on having another hair analysis run, as he does use DD. Where do I find a list of the health practioners recommended by Andy? I will look in the files section. V > > > Yes, this is a concern.
