Guest guest Posted May 23, 2004 Report Share Posted May 23, 2004 Coco, In the VERY small " diet section " in my grocery store they had these sauces...BBQ sauce, alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, thousand island salad dressing, ranch dressing and a couple of others. They are " calorie free " and " carb free " and somewhat pricey.But, you know me, I must investigate " calorie free. " So, I bought the alfredo sauce and the thousand island. The thousand island isn't as strong as regular dressing, but it tasted good...even arianna dipped her cucumer in it and thought it was good. The alfredo sauce had a sort of black pepper taste, it was alright, but I probably wouldn't buy it again. I put it over whole wheat pasta, and it was awfully plain. I ate about 4 bites, thinking that at least I could get full, but it had no real flavor and I threw it out. I put walden farms in my search engine and checked out their website...it has a list of their products. I do like the thousand island, I'd buy it again. I'll probably check out the BBQ sauce, too.
