It's very bad! How long have you had Fibromyalgia or CFS:Dx'd 6 yrs. ago but have had it probably many more Did a trauma in your life start it:I believe so! What have you found works for you:Basically I haven't found anything that helps me feel better , not even rest because resting isn't even painless for me. What kind of Dr do you find works best in helping you with this disease? Haven't quite found the right doctor yet , I'm still hoping he's out there! Do you have sleep problems:Yes most definately Does diet effect you:very few things that I've noticed Feel better with cold/hot weather:have lived in both, have to say hot Warm baths are heaven sent dealing with pain:don't know Most people with Fibro are overweight I think for lack of activity, do you find this to be true with you:yes What time of the day is the best time for you:between maybe 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. Do you have good days then bad ones or all of them bad:mostly all bad On disability:yes, but fnot for fm, for migraines If so hints on how you were able to get it since it is hard to get:My company made me apply and file 3 appeals still denied and hired an attorney when I finally won my case. Keep good records, make sure your dr. documents all of your complaints. Have to have helpers:refuse i'll fight with every fiber in me until I can't anymore then I will ask for help. Work out or stay at home:at home Do you have " Now what am I here for times " :yes unfortunately at times I do Share your funny memory problem story: now with this memory you expect me to remember something! hehe, have to give it some thought! alot of thought these days....
