Guest guest
1 thing I wanted to add since I did work there. If so hints on how you were able to get it since it is hard to get: Basically if you go in there with no attorney or Representative you will be denied. The ALJ's prefer you have a att or rep because they know what to expect. they have needed paper work ready, and know what to expect. They are prepared. When one of us walks in there with no rep or att. we are flying blind. the judges do not like that, it takes up too much of their time and the case take longer and requires more work for the judge. Just a hint but I believe you all should know this. I do hope it helps somebody. ~CJ
