We are in missouri. Please let us know how the appointment goes. No other charges would ever come. This is at the Hanger place we go to. Medica is going to make us pay a deductibe of $500 and then 20% of the difference so $800 total which I do not think is bad at all. Alot of insurances will not cover this and medica didn't blink an eye to it when they put in the estimate for them.
