menus

I was looking in the group files at the

dining out guide and got inspired to see if any of my favorites not listed have

gf menus.

I just found a celiac menu available at

Uno’s Chicago Bar and Grill (www.unos.com).

Also, Whole Foods Market has a gluten free shopping list: www.wholefoodsmarket.com

The Olive Garden site says to ask for the

manager to get gluten free information.

Thank you so much for the information. There's a Uno's in my office building

and I never

even imagined they would have a GF menu!

We live near Des Moines, IA and were at the nutritionist's office

yesterday and she told us of a new GF restaurant. COMPLETELY GF!!!!!

It is called Beyond the Grain. It opened up last month and hopefully

will stay open. I think if the menu sounds " mainstream " enough it

will. If it sounds too " weird " people might stay away. It will be

nice to go somewhere where our son can order anything he wants!

Has anyone been there?
