For me that chalenge will be easy, I always eat breakfast.

Yesterday I had oatmeal, skim milk, 1/2 banana, today I had a bowl of corn checks, skim milk, small banana.

Ok yesterday, NOT A GOOD CHOICE, I had 2 strawberry pastries and a glass of milk.

Today I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats and a banana with 1 1/2 cup of 2% milk.

YOUR EATING ISN'T TOO BAD. YOU'LL BE OK!! TODAYS BREAKFAST SOUNDED GOOD. I HAD 1/2 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE AND 2 SLICES OF DIET TOAST.
