Guest guest
Hi inga, thanks for sharing that with me. Yeah, it seems now the DMSA is a big problem even on mini doses. Doesn't seem to matter how low I go right now. I still think it's because the garlic supplement pushed the toxins right into worse areas, so that now I am much sicker and more sensitive and have brain symptoms and nervous system symptoms. IT feels like something is blocked or been pushed in so deep and hard, that my body cannot eliminate it. It's a strange feeling. Not nice at all. I tried ALA and should not have, but I assumed perhaps DMSA was just not for me. ALA made things so much worse and pushed things in even deeper, I'd never go near that stuff again, or until I am much better. So at least now I know it's not the DMSA that's the issue here. It's most likely where the toxins/metals happen to be and my body's weakness at coping. No, I'm not on a sulfur exclusion diet. I'm already on a restricted diet and it makes it pretty hard because I'm hardly eating as it is. I don't go overboard on it though. But obviously I do eat sulfur foods to a point. I have eggs sometimes, and things like plain yoghurt, raw nuts and some of the sulfur vegetables on occassion. But I do not eat much. I'm mainly surviving on herbal tea lately. I can't eat fruit or milk because of the natural sugar. That's amazing you had to be on DMSA 24/7 just to keep going. Must have somehow been balancing things out for you and somehow suppressing some of the symptoms. I have had that happen only a few times on DMSA, but not anymore.
