What did your CT clinic say about it? I'd definitely be including

this in your appeal: www.statesattorney.org/pressbacksleep01.htm .

Good luck!

No WAY! How unbelievably evil and illegal. I can't get over the

capricious and unfair nature of BCBS coverage. I just finished a

three-page appeal to them (in VA) with about 20 pages of attachments--

including the Illinois suit. Don't forget to cC A. Devine

(your State Attorney) in your appeal.

I think it's ridiculous - we have Blue Cross California and they

covered our band - well at least most of it - we had a $3000 durable

equipment max and then we have an 80/20 plan - so they paid 80% of

$3000 but based on our coverage that was the most they could pay and

they paid it - i think it's unfair let alone unequal coverage when

you don't get the same coverage state to state with the same

insurance company.

I think it depends on what coverage the employer buys

from the insurance company????
