Guest guest
What did your CT clinic say about it? I'd definitely be including this in your appeal: www.statesattorney.org/pressbacksleep01.htm . Guest guest
No WAY! How unbelievably evil and illegal. I can't get over the capricious and unfair nature of BCBS coverage. I just finished a three-page appeal to them (in VA) with about 20 pages of attachments-- including the Illinois suit. Don't forget to cC A. Devine (your State Attorney) in your appeal. Guest guest
I think it's ridiculous - we have Blue Cross California and they covered our band - well at least most of it - we had a $3000 durable equipment max and then we have an 80/20 plan - so they paid 80% of $3000 but based on our coverage that was the most they could pay and they paid it - i think it's unfair let alone unequal coverage when you don't get the same coverage state to state with the same insurance company. > > > > > > Just found out today that BCBS IL declined our claim. Guest guest
I think it depends on what coverage the employer buys from the insurance company???? --- pateltoral <pateltoral@...> wrote: > I think it's ridiculous - we have Blue Cross > California and they > covered our band - well at least most of it - we had > a $3000 durable > equipment max and then we have an 80/20 plan - so > they paid 80% of > $3000 but based on our coverage that was the most > they could pay and > they paid it - i think it's unfair let alone unequal > coverage when > you don't get the same coverage state to state with > the same > insurance company. > > > > > > > > > > Just found out today that BCBS IL declined our > claim.
