Guest guest Posted December 31, 2005 Report Share Posted December 31, 2005 , Just curious what your favorite Bette Hagman yeast bread is (and what cookbook it's from) - I've tried many of them and like them, but I'm sure there are some I haven't gotten around to trying. We really like her French Bread from More from the Gluten free gourmet, and I like her mock ryes and ALL the yummy cinnamon raisin breads. Also, (or to anyone who's considering pastas)- we really like the gluten free brown rice pasta at Trader Joes, if there's one in your area. Previously I mostly ate Ener-g foods white rice macaroni or spaghetti, but since discovering trader joes, we've switched over. My non-celiac hubby was never impressed with ener-g foods pasta. I also like the deboles no boil gluten free lasagna noodles.. i havent tried their other pastas.
