Sorry to be such a bother to you all. I had never

before thought of participating in a co_op. So, I

never had to ponder on: How long can I leave the eo

in a plasti container? Is it best to put into smaller

containers? Then, amber glass would be best for that?

Any input would be appreciated. I am so excited.....

Never a problem to ask, Donna! =o)

As with any essential oil, you should change them over to a glass container

shortly upon their arrival.

I chose the plastic because it doesn't break when you ship using the USPS

gorillas. <G> I had many breakages last co-op with glass and I'm gun shy.

Plus it's not mint (my last co-op) so it shouldn't eat the tape of the

bottles and leak. (don't laugh, B! <G>)

From what I understand (and don't quote me), this bottle is supposedly good

for putting in FO's. I currently have a few of my FO's in plastic and they

are none-the-worse-for-wear. The choice is yours. I'm not going to commit

on that one at all. Everyone has their own personal opinions.

If you chose not to house a FO in it, it would be good for repackaging

things such as handmade bubblebath, shower gels, shampoo, etc. It's an

attractive bottle and I don't plan on putting any label on it so not to mar

it if you wish to reuse and sell something in it.

Did this help a bit?

Might I suggest Cape Bottle? They're on the East coast but are very

reasonable, no minimum billings (except that you buy in case quantity) and -

most importantly - don't overcharge you for freight. There are others out

there that are wonderful but, when I checked, the freight killed me.

Here's their web page: http://www.netbottle.com Ask for a catalog - it has

pricing.
