I been doing okay, hope you some sleep by now, ttyl, Eloe. -------------- Original message from Pepper : -------------- Having a hard time sleeping tonight, but, one reason is because I have been up making food for a celebrationt tommorrow. I have a friend who's son has graduated from scholl and about to go to college and he also has been in Boy Scouts for 12 years and they are honoring him for becoming an Eagle Scout. I do not know much about Boy Scout for I never had a son, but, I was told that being an Eagle Scout is the highest one can go in Boy Scouts. he is really a very sweet and polite young man. I made baked beans, potatoe salad, and lots and lots of deviled eggs. His mother and I spent 4 hours decorating the lodge where the party is being held. I am just tired to sleep now!! I did not go to TOPS this week. I had to babysit my youngest granddaughter until 7:30 because my daughter and her husband both worked over. I hope to go next week. I NEED TO GO NEXT WEEK. I am almost afraid to get on the scale now. I have did a lot of nothing and I have not held back on the eating so I imagine I will have a gain. I see there are several new names on here from when I was last on here. I see Eloy has joined. HELLO ELOY!! I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I thought and I would be able to take the bike out for a spin this weekend but it looks like it will be awhile before we will do that. The dang water pump went out on it and those things are not cheap. We have called around and the cheapest we found was $215.00!!! I love this bike BUT the parts for it is so expensive. Makes no sense at all. I mean the machine itself is not as big as a car, BUT the prices for parts are big as a car's parts!! LOL I need to come up with some type of program for the KOPS in our chapter. All of thier annivarsies are comming up and we celebrate each one individually, but, I want to try and do something for all of them at one time. Anyone have any ideas? Well I guess I will get off here and play a couple games and try and get some sleep. I got to be a hostess tommorrow at the party and I can not afford to be tired. Maybe if I can walk everyday this week until Thursday I may have a chance of either having a loss or at least getting some of the weight off that I know I ahve gained over the past month. I do plan on going to TOPS Thursday. Love pepper I just finished my first exercise of the day will do another stint after lunch and then again after supper. can go faster and further if I do it that way, sure does wonders for my glucose. I walk most days, if I mow the yard I figure I get enough in as it takes at least 45 minuts depending on how high the weeds and grass are. You'll do fine Peper.
