HEENT shows a congested voice and a slight s/l pereintial eryedema. 2. Patient is diagnosed with bilateral ear pain....Will treat with s/l Gortess G and also return to work in 2 days. 3. EXTREMITIES: Extremities show edema up to the knees. NEUROLOGIC EXAM: Shows s/l up hill rolling type tremor. 4. He also notes that he has back pain for which he was seen in the Emergency Room and treated with Flexeril and s/l ultraset, he was told to follow-up.
