Translation: They do in the dark that which they don't in the

daylight. Smacks of hypocrisy to me - we can do it, we just need to

do it after dark to hide it. Matter of fact, sounds like a lot of

criminals I know, too... but I'd never make the assumption that

Muslims are more likely to be, or support, criminals... because the

Muslim community made such a strong stand against terrorism on 9/11/01

and has continued to give us nothing but aid and support in flushing

out that small minority of terrorists in the otherwise peaceul Muslim

community, right?

Note to self: Replace " Alllah " with " God " so as to not offend

Americans. It's better to lie about our religion than to cause

Americans to understand the differences between them. And " God " for

them is doing such a wonderful job in controlling their baser desires.

All those good Muslim people who desire to kill American soldiers who

liberated them from an utterly oppressive government in which some of

them were KILLED for practicing their flavor is Islam are keeping that

in check, right? The good people of Fallujah, those Muslims who

follor al-Sahd? Their " God " is helping them control that baser desire

that desire to beat women and suppress them, right? Yeah... okay.

Even though we shoot each other, and shoot other people, we all agree

that fasting is good. And, as a bonus, since so many of us actually

live in such abject poverty that we're starving, we can call it a fast

and feel worthy to have starved to death for such a gracious god as

" Allah " and his prophet Mohammed. If only the whole world could

experience that worthiness in the eyes of a false god...

Right, because God wouldn't ever want there to be an absolute system

of accountability... this way, even if you happen to end up in hell,

God might still save you... so go ahead and do whatever you want to go

to Hell and the repent once you're already there. Uh-huh.

So we can expect a FULL MONTH of none of our soldiers being shot in

Good one Mike.. lol

Ya know, for the last 2 months, all we've heard about over here is preparing for

Ramadhan, how nothing will move, open, or be available until it gets dark. I get

it. Thanks Majdi. When Allah writes the next Paramedic series for Brady, you'll

have my undivided attention.

that desire to beat women and suppress them, right? Yeah... okay.

> Muslims agree on all the fundamentals of the fast. This makes the fasting a

> worldwide phenomenon observed by the devoted among the world's more than

> one billion Muslims as one international community.

> Ramadhan is the ninth

> month of the Muslim year, which follows the lunar calendar.

Because Allah knows how confusing it could be if we standardized on a

system of dates and times for the world.

> Each month

> begins with a sighting of the moon's crescent and lasts for 29 or 30 days

> until a sighting of the next month's crescent.

So if all Muslims were blind and couldn't see the crescent, would it

always be the same month?

> Ramadhan is the month in

> which the Qur'an was revealed as guidance for all mankind.

* Note: All mankind willing to submit to ritual religious oppression

and blindly follow the flavor-of-islam-of-the-day from some Mullah who

got where he got by being good at suppressing his baser desires to

step on other people to get there?

> It is a

> criterion by which to distinguish truth from falsehood. The prophet

> Muhammad, on whom be peace, said that on each day of Ramadhan God frees

> many souls from the Fire of Hell.

Right, because God wouldn't ever want there to be an absolute system

of accountability... this way, even if you happen to end up in hell,

God might still save you... so go ahead and do whatever you want to go

to Hell and the repent once you're already there. Uh-huh.

> Muslims should introduce the Quran's

> teachings to others so that they too can have the opportunity to be free.

Free to practice Islam, and only Islam, that is.

> Fasting is a major feature of Islam. Many religions recognize the benefits

> of fasting, but only Islam institutes a whole month of it to secure its

> benefits for all its adherents. God prescribes in His Book that all

> and sexual intercourse. The informal aspects of the fast are just as

> important. The fasting person must abstain from lying, cheating,

> argumentation, fighting, foul language and every sort of evil.

So we can expect a FULL MONTH of none of our soldiers being shot in

the daylight by ANY muslim, and if it does happen, we can expect

SEVERE REPRISALS from the religious leaders, right? I can expect my

cousin, my friends, my countrymen to be completely and absolutely safe

for the entire month of Ramadan during the day? Right...

Then there's gonna be a lot of Muslims eating and drinking during the

daylight this year...

Scary to think about the tactical implications of that. Now, all

those movements in the dark you could discern before will be hidden

among the movements in the dark of those who are ligitimately fasting,

etc.

I can't beleive the nerve of these people. They want us as Americans to be

tolerant of a religion whose believers are responsible for the deaths of

thousands of Americans. I've got an idea. Send Allah to me I'll shove The Koran

up his ***.

And people wonder why Americans are hated in many parts of the world. . If a

similar email were posted on a Arabic listserver discussing a Christian

holiday, e.g. Easter, would you be appalled to read these replies? Do we

really want to behave this way? Several things come to mind:

7:12 - So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to

you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

Luke 6:31 - Do to others as you would have them do to you.

8:7 - So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said

unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at

her.

Just in case you believe that the golden rule is a strictly Christian

concept:

Confucianism Do not do to others what you would not like yourself. Then

there will be no resentment against you, either in the family or in the

state.

Analects 12:2

Buddhism Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.

Udana-Varga 5,1

Hinduism This is the sum of duty; do naught onto others what you would not

have them do unto you.

Mahabharata 5,1517

Islam No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that

which he desires for himself.

Sunnah

Judaism What is hateful to you, do not do to your fellowman. This is the

entire Law; all the rest is commentary.
