Guest guest
Welcome Sue! I''m Gena, 38, married, mom of 2 girls, live in Alaska. Believe me, they aren't real nice to " chubbies " here either. Thing is who cares what others think?! You have to love yourself, no matter what size, for who you are on the inside. I really believe you have to love yourself enough first in order to care enough to lose the weight. I started at 284 lbs Oct 2000 and am about 208 so far. You can do this! Just take it one day at a time, make little changes. Work on getting more active, drinking more water, eating smaller portions, ect..... Just work on habits and behaviors, being healthy and happy. The weight will come off! I also suggest going back and reading lots of old posts. There is great info. I look forward to hearing more from you. Take care, Gena > Hi all, > > I am Sue and I would like to introduce myself. > > I have been very busy for the last 10 years putting on weight and at > the same time exercising less and less.
