Guest guest
<<include the phrase " cc: attorney " at the very bottom. Then, even if you don't actually carbon your attorney, put a copy in a file marked " cc: attorney " for future use.>> I had a psycho customer, mad because I didn't send her a wholesale order after her check bounced and she never sent a money order to replace it, do this. I would not recommend it. After years in the legal field it looked very tacky to me. I immediately called her bluff & pointed out to her that if she was contacting an attorney, I would prefer to deal with him instead of her - could I please have his name, contact info, etc. Boy, did that send her scrambling like a dog with her tail between her legs. I agree, you should contact the promoter, the companies involved, etc. and tell them that they are losing your business. Especially after paying $220 and upgrading to a larger booth with electricity - you didn't deserve a bad location & definately didn't deserve the evil soaper's badmouthing you - and they should be aware of what other crafters are doing if they want to run a good show. Just don't fake a cc to an attorney though unless you are really cc'ing one, and if you are you should include their full name. , Head Soapmaker Sudsalicious - A Sweet Treat for the Tub! http://www.Sudsalicious.com
