Guest guest
hehehe it does sound like me!!! hehehehe I used to be a weight lifter, but with all the pain I was having from being so hypo and the weight gain and all of that I just didn't get back into it. When I finally started feeling better, about a year after starting on Natural, I wanted to do something about getting stronger and more fit... increasing endurance.... In a nut shell.... I just figured out what I could do and modified exercises to fit my ability.. just what these gals did.... That's how my Bedxercises came to be. Starting out with no weights, then spinach cans, then 20 oz pop bottles... now resistance bands and dumb bells.... it can be done IF you remember to work to your limits and abilities and build from there... not all of us can start at the 'normal' start point, it's too much and we end up being in so much pain and frustration for it an quit..... Set the start point lower, master it and then build from there... and you will get a lot farther than you would starting to high and quitting... It's really just common sense. This summer's unusual heat kept me from doing a lot of things, too hot to be physical. But as the cool weather hit I found myself back to being more active again. Even this last few days with the bad weather I could work on the computer much, kept having to shut things down as more lightening started flashing.. but I found myself interesting in taking care of some projects that I'd been putting off all summer... and if felt good, not only to get this stuff done, but to be moving around and feeling good about doing it. So, my office is looking a bit neater, I hooked up some more computer geeky things that I got from the computer fix up party last spring (for those that are geeky and weren't around then, it was hosted by a guy in our local Freecylce as a way to get rid of a bunch of computer stuff that he'd collected. Us techs volunteered to help folks fix their computers, they brought them to us, and to set up some of the machines he had there to give away. At the end of the day we got to pick through all the stuff he had and help ourselves... I got a ton of great geeky things to add to my stuff! hehehehe) Topper () On Sun, 4 Sep 2005 03:58:13 -0700 (PDT) writes: I just read this on the BBC website. It sounds a bitlike Topper's regime. It might actually get me doingsomething!
