I LIKE THE SPRAY. SOMETIMES DOCTORS DO NOT KNOW ABOUT VITAMINES. I WILL TRY TO ASK DR. RANDALL ABOUT IT. THANKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL INFO. I also try and eat fresh spinich and swiss chard steamed.
