Guest guest Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 , You can't use the TOT collar while banded. The TOT gets them used to avoiding the tilt. It forces the neck to be midline. The hope being when the child doesn't wear it the muscles will be trained to stay that way. DD didn't have much luck with a TOT. Her upper trap was too tight and it would cause her to lean into the collar. She used a Benik vest for her tort instead. That helped quite a bit. I can email pictures of it if you'd like. Glad to hear the band is working so well!
