Hmm so are you saying I could have excess candida? Come to think of it, I have had a visit from the ahem "Yeast fairy" not too long ago

But in the past "she" would visit without that type of craving?

But when I read your post, I immediately realized that I really have been low on my protein intake. Bad me. I will have to work on that tomorrow! So thank you for mentioning that!

I took a tip from (one of many that I've taken:-)))) and bought one of these fancy pill things that gives you little doors for various pills four times a day, for a whole week, so all the pills inc. vitamins, get put in the appropriate little door once a week and I've got into the habit of taking them at specific times now. The thing only cost a couple of pounds, so I imagine it will be even cheaper in the States (everything is about twice the price over in the UK).

Just coming up for 11am - time for the heart pills that I'm hoping I might be able to stop when I see the specialist!

Anti-oxydents are in dark chocolate not milk chocolate, or it is minimal. Depending on where you live if you are in the US there are places where you can get these tests done. I live in Canada so I went to a naturopath who gave me the adrenal gland when my doc would not even think of doing anything, nor did 2 specialists that he sent me to even when I pointed out to them that my test showed I was lower than 25% of the lowest range point which was 207 and I was at 48. So sometimes we have to go outside the box to get the results that we need to live a normal life. Hope this helps

Ahh but only good if it's real ice cream... if it's the cheap stuff it's chock full of bean an seaweed fillers.

I found that out because one of the ingredients in cheap ice cream, in combination with another particular ingredient, is what makes me purge from both ends within minutes of consumption!

Ahh but only good if it's real ice cream... if it's the cheap stuff it's chock full of bean an seaweed fillers.

I found that out because one of the ingredients in cheap ice cream, in combination with another particular ingredient, is what makes me purge from both ends within minutes of consumption!

Makes it a whole lot easier to do when you have the right little gadget, don't it???? heheheh I couldn't find the right gadget so I made my own....

I finally put up pics, I'm still working on how to get the drawings and such out to those that need one as complicated as mine.. but for the new folks that have no idea what we're talking about or if it's something that you'd like to look into... like the gadget that bought.... check out the web page when you have some spare time...

My pill thing looks a bit like one of those puzzles where you can move the squares around to form a picture:-))) But you can take each 'day' out separately.

That is such a co-incidence, .. I had some ice-cream recently,

supposedly very good farm made stuff.. but I had to stop the car on the way

home from the Stately Home where I had eaten it ( in their café) and I was violently ill.. as you say, both

ends ..LOL!! Next day, I was fine,

but I was poorly that night.
