I can tell you what I take--100's 3 times per day or 150's 2 times per day. In

my case, it started as amigraine preventative. I was off all supplements for a while

(went off for a different reason). I'm not taking anything yet for my hashi's

but my pain level was increasing (I have a fibro diagnosis from 2002 that

I believe is really just hashi's--2 different studies I found equated the

presense of antibodies to body pain long before the TSH levels were

out of the normal range). I had a bad experience with my rheumy 2

weeks ago and decided I needed to just grab some control back in

my life. I went back on both the coq-10 and the magnesium (again

shown to be a migraine preventative). I was amazed at how much better

I felt the next day. I take 250 mg of magnesium per day (although I have had a couple

of days lately where I upped it to 2 250 mg pills per day).

Can anyone tell me what strength of this I need to take? Apparently it comes in 30 or 90 mgs.
