Guest guest
Take him to a dermatologist. Doreen cradle cap My son, who is 12 today, still has it. I was hoping when we went full force GF it would go away but it hasn't. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to 'cure' it? Thanks! Guest guest
My sister and SIL are both beauticians. They scrubbed their babies heads when they were just tiny (not raw - but still some good pressure). I tried it w/ this baby and it worked. So I would suggest a stiff brush when you are washing his hair!

Guest guest
That is easier said than done, we have military dependant health care;). It took me until just a month ago to get a CD diagnosis for him, so when people clamor for National Health Care I just cringe. > > Take him to a dermatologist. > Doreen
Guest guest
Oh my, before I went GF I had this, I never thought it was anything but due to my having Lyme disease-which is being treated now but so many of Celiac and Lyne symptoms are the same-now that area/areas on my scalp no longer have the stuff flaking off but it still drives me crazy at times itching. When it drives me crazy enough I use homemade lye soap on my head and hair-have never been brave enough not to rinse it out but I should leave suds on and dry. My sister sent me a new bar of it for Christmas-said she bought it at an Ace Hardware store. I do let the lather dry on my back, it came with alot of uses which I didn't know existed. I also have the instructions on how to make it at home. cradle cap > My son, who is 12 today, still has it. I was hoping when we went full > force GF it would go away but it hasn't.
