Guest guest
Thanks Riza and Weezie for the reminder!!! Hey does anyone happen to have nonfat powder milk on hand? Does it say how much to equal one milk serving? I put mine in a container and don't have the box anymore. I add this to my smoothies but I doubt that it is enough. Maureen Weekly Challenge--Got Milk? Guest guest
That's what I was afraid of. I guess I don't get to claim those smoothies for dairy, but I do get to claim the ones with yogurt, if I drink two of them. Gosh, think I can handle that? Maureen Weekly Challenge--Got Milk?
