I too came back just last month, I got to goal and left, huh big mistake cus I gained again, well now I'm back and struggle to get back on track, I lose a little then gain it back again, yuck!! Try to just swap one pepsi for one glass of water, after a few days try again with another. Or you could try adding water to the pepsi until there is more water than soda. Just one baby step at a time and you will get there, You did it once you can do it again, lol. At least thats what I keep telling myself " g " not sure I believe me, hehe!!!
