Guest guest
I think I may have lucked out. I got a really helpful person at my insurance co. and she gave me 3 alternatives - 1 I ruled out they didn't have enough experience. The second one I couldn't reach and the 3rd seems great - Nouveau P & O in NJ. They use the starr scanning and my baby won't have to go through the casting, molding!!!!!!!!! So I think my insurance company actually gave me an excellent option. I'm so excited. I was so scared they'd give me only junk. So I'm plesantly surprised. Also I may be able to work out transportation too for the appointments since they found it medically necessary. I feel really awful for all the people who have to fight for this. It's insane. The few days that I thought I had a big fight on my hands was tough. I can't imagine going through that for months. But the woman at the insurance company said somthing funny when I told her I've been working on transportion for months " it depends on who you talk to " . I thought that was interesting. So anyway it seems I'll get an appointment for measurements, again with the scanning and they say he should have the band in 10 days! Now I have to prepare for the next phase. Thanks to all and I wish everyone luck with insurance.
