Can you do broth at all? It's a pretty good source, and if you can whiz up soups in a blender (a stick blender is ideal) that might work, particularly if you thin them with broth or milk. Yogurt? It comes in squeeze tubes now... Whatever you can manage -- just more of it. I know, you don't feel like bothering. But you gotta. If you don't take in enough, you'll wind up in a hospital, getting it by IV.
