Hi, started and on Monday did 35 minutes on treadmil, and ate much

better. no after dinner snacking, Tuesday, no exercise, bad breathing

day, and today, 33 minutes on treadmil. all days no after dinner

snacks. been doing water, but not measuring, will start that tomorrow.

wanted to check in and be accountable.

still not on certain diet plan, but lots less sugar and carbs, and

more portion control.

will keep updating.

Hi Gail, thanks so much.

its hard, and I so wanted to eat when couldnt sleep last night, but drank water in stead, so hopefully, prayerfully, I can and will keep doing well.

affter talking to my doc, I am taking one day a week to kinda eat what i want too, so dont feel deprived too much, and know i can wait til sunday, ifsomething , I really really wanna pig out on........................

Hi Anita,

thanks so much for the support!! means alot, to me. together is

better!!!

But, let me tell you its not food, but it helps to fill the

belly..........and lots of herbal tea, with no sugar or sweetner.
