Hmmm...I sent an email (twice!) about the new upcoming weekly

challenge but I haven't seen it appear yet so I'm posting directly to

the site just in case it got lost in cyberspace...if it does show up

later then forgive me for being redundant...

WEEKLY CHALLENGE

GOT MILK?

Our last challenge is almost over (have you updated your info?)ARE

YOU READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE? It's time to start thinking about

the next one!

Next weeks challenge will be focusing on DAIRY.

You're mission (if you choose to accept it) is to try to get at least

1 or 2 servings of Dairy in each day. WW recommends 2 servings a day

(or 1000mg calcium), but I know for some of us even 1 serving (500mg

calcium) per day is a challenge. There are other ways to get dairy

in besides the obvious (milk and cheese, etc.) and I will post ideas

of how to get dairy/calcium in and what counts as a serving. Keep an

eye out for these posts in the next day or two.

Here's how to join:

Each weekly challenge will have a table set up in our database

section of the WWLiterside site. To sign up for a weekly challenge,

You can either:

a) edit your info directly onto the table from the site

everyday/weekly

or

B) email me at rizap@... with the subject heading " Weekly

Challenge " and I will enter the info for you.

If you have any more questions, please refer to the weekly challenge

FAQ at the wwliterside side.

GOOD LUCK AND GET MILK!
