Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am a new member of this group thanks to for telling me about this busy vibrant group. I live in the UK and have been diagnosed a celiac for over ten years now. Unfortunately in the UK and the Eu we have 200 parts per million as gluten free and I am classed as a supersensitive celiac or worse chronic celiac!!! but it means that I can not eat food labelled " gluten free " in my own country because theres to much gluten in it. I am also a foodie and I write recipes and collect naturally gluten free recipes from around the world. I can't spell but I can convert recipes from USA cups to imperial and back to Australian cups so I joke that I'm bi-lingual at cookin' For the new year I am setting up this web site: http://www.zero-gluten.com/ I would very much like contributions and case studies from other celiacs please, and I would really like to have a R.O.C.K. group for parents of celiac children. I would also really like Zero-Gluten.com to be an informative site and an on- line magazine with news updates from celiacs around the world and would welcome regular updates from the Silly Yaks group as I very much like the attitude that you have towards gluten in any shape or form. And as you have a R.O.C.K group I would rather have an alliance with this than have a clone, as this is about what celiacs can achieve together. Thanks for listening and any input welcome and wanted please. Happy Christmas and happy holiday folks Jerry http://www.zero-gluten.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/GlutenFreedom/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ZeroGlutenLobbyists/
