My husband and I are about to make a decision about whether or not to get a

DOC band for our 6 month old daughter. We have had 2 consults with CT and

while she is a moderate case, the band is still recommended. We feel we are

pretty well versed in the positive aspects of the band, but I like to know

up front (esp. from those who have a DOC band) what to expect. I do much

better knowing the negative points. Do the bands need washing daily? Does it

affect their hair, sleep, behavior, etc.
