Guest guest Posted July 14, 2002 Report Share Posted July 14, 2002 Evening Meal Salmon 6 oz. 7 Souper rice (finally gone) 3 Lettuce (from my garden) 0 Onions, garlic clove, tomato and cucumber 0 Ranch Dressing RF 1 Total 11 Snack Orange 1 Popcorn, Light 1 Total 2 Breakfast 2 Toast 2 2 eggs 4 1 cheese 2 Total 8 Lunch Strawberry Smoothie Strawberries 1 Applesauce 1 Plain FF Yogurt 4 2 Teaspoons sugar 2 Total 8 Points Available 26 - 31 Points Used 29 Thanks to Maureen on wwliterside for suggesting the smoothie.
