Guest guest
My meeting with Dr. Thayer went well today, and he answered all my questions except for a few that he told me he'd rather wait until I got closer to the surgery to answer. I trust that there is a good reason for that, although it does make me say hmmmm. One thing I was really, really surprised to learn is that this operation is NOT reversible! All the information I have gathered told me it was, but Dr. Thayer said absolutely not. I always thought if major medical problems started happening years after the surgery that it could be reserved, but nope. Well, I can't say I'm not making a very informed decision here!
