This website where this lady send you emails specificly which parts of your

house to clean. She holds your email hostage while you go and shine your

sink and she won't let you read your emails until you are dressed and wearing

shoes.

To be honest what she does is break up all the cleaning into 15 minute

sections so that it's easier to clean your house. Then once a week you get

an email about one of those things that you NEVER do like shine switchplates

or clean the fan.

All in all it's pretty cool way to retraining yourself. You look at the

house and go OH MY GOD, then you tell yourself just clean the sink you only

have to clean the sink

damn! - guilt has little effect on me when it comes to housework. locking up

my computer would definitely help. and a hidden surveillence camera from which

the flylady could watch my every move. and an intercom she could shout at me
