I'm ready to go just waiting on DH to let me know what date(s) work for him. We have been waiting for this a several years. We were previously turned down by military 10/2001, Dr Burke 11/2001, Dr Berger 4/2003. Dr Levin has approved the TR after reviewing op/path/lap reports. I have short tubes 2 cm/2.5 cm.
