Welcome Deb!

I'm Gena. Sounds like a good plan. One thing though. In stead of

looking at the " monumental " tasks on hand, how much you have to lose,

look at what you can do. You have a good start with your plan. Just

focus on habits and lifestyle. Take it one day at a time. Be patient

and consistent. I didn't see anything about exercise? Are you doing

that too?

At my heaviest I was 284 lbs, I am 5'3 " . So far I'm about 208. I watch

portions, eat less junk, avoid booze, pop and candy and get regular

exercise oh and lots of water. :-) I look forward to hearing how your

journey is going.
