Background on hair test # 13, any/all comments appreciated.

Here is the hairtest of our little one 5.7. She has completed 90+ rounds of

chelation, starting at age 4.1, with oral dmsa/ala every 3 hours during the day,

every 4 at night.

Interestingly, she has had four hairtests and has never met the counting rules.

Chelation, however, has proved immensely beneficial.

Previous hair tests have shown calcium elevated as high as 1150, reference range

140-500. Recent addition of Vitamin K has brought the calcium levels down to 650

on this hair test, our lowest value ever.

She has on previous hair tests shown Bismuth in the red, Titanium, Tin, Mercury

and Cadmium to just the yellow.

This is the first time Aluminum has been shown to be elevated, previous levels

at 5.7, 5.8 and 3.2, respectively. This most likely is due to a course of

Diflucan, for yeast.

The slightly elevated level of arsenic is due to her preschool installing wood

chips on the playground. I guess it's alright to poison them as long as they

don't skin their knees :-)

She is also on Armour thyroid, 3/4 grain a day as her potassium was red low on

the last hair test and a blood test showed her free T3 to be at 3.3, pediatric

reference range 3-6. A follow up blood test on 1 grain Armour found the free T3

to be at 6.2, ref range 3-6, so the Armour was reduced to 3/4 grain.

She no longer has any dx according to an intensive psychological interview which

included a two hour social observation and cognitive testing. No learning

disabilities, no cognitive deficits found. She just started kindergarten with

her performance IQ reporting her reading and math skills at the beginning of the

6th grade level, so now way smarter than any of the adults in our house :-)

We are continuing to chelate, as we are still getting a little " bump up " in

language during rounds. Her expressive language is at 9.7 years, receptive

language is at 12.3 years. She is doing well cognitively/behaviorally/socially.

She is still getting frequent colds and we feel her immune system is still

struggling. Really don't know what to do about this.

Her one remaining problem, along with the immune system dysfunction is fine

motor delay that is improving with high dose probiotics.

She is on a good multivitamin, with extra A added and Transfer Factor along with

cod liver oil. She still has periodic problems with yeast.

Hoping for some comments on anything else needed and when we can stop chelation.

Any and all comments appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
