if you divide back head into 3 parts left, middle and right. the

left back is bulging part. He has improvement in the middle back.

There is no improvement in the right back. From above the ear, May

be its like 2 inches to the back right. He used sleep on right side.

That is why he got flat spot.

What do you mean by " base of the head " . I mean exactly where it is.

You mean from the neck.
