Guest guest
That is such great news! I am so happy for you and . It sounds like you are dealing with someone who knows what they are doing now and someone who is a little more sensitive to . I think that is sooooo great that they are giving you the new STARband for 1/2 price. I hope everything goes well with your husband trying to get the money back from the other place. Good Luck with everything. Guest guest
, I'm so glad you found a good ortho. Aren't you so thankful that you listened to your instincts and went elsewhere? Otherwise 's head could have been made worse. They will give you your money back. I will help you! I am so good at these things. Dh says I should start a company called " rent a b! tich! " If they don't give you your money back then you start writing letters to the Editor. You also should contact your state's department of insurance and whatever department issues licenses for this business. And the BBB too. CC them on every letter and email. If you don't have their email addy then print the email and fax or mail it to them. It'll cost them more in lost revenue (and bad PR) than it would to refund your money. Don't forget to tell your ped not to refer anyone there too. Let us know when her new STARband comes in. I bet you'll be surprised at how differently it will fit. --- In Plagiocephaly , " " <stephjerryj@...> wrote: > > I had a consult with another office that does the Starbands today. > All I can say is that I am kicking myself for not going with them in > the first place. Guest guest
Way to go with your gut! You may want to call your insurance company and give them a heads up to see if they can help you collect back that money. Guest guest
I forgot the best way to get your money back (last resort). Picket them and invite a camera crew. That's how I got rid of dh's lemon of a Land Rover. The dealer tried to tell me it was normal to spend $500 a month on fixing the darn thing. I am so twisted! I find such joy in standing up for myself and sticking it to the meanies! > > > > I had a consult with another office that does the Starbands today. > > All I can say is that I am kicking myself for not going with them > in > > the first place.
