when do you go from DMSA only to DMSA and ALA

Hi,

I'm doing the Cutler protocol, have some - almost 10 - rounds behind

me, and quite a few more to go.

Cutler says to add ALA to the DMSA when urinary mercury drops by 80%

or after a certain number of rounds.

Is there anyone in the group who would know more about when the best

time to shift is. I don't really have the $$ to test my urine all the

time, and would imagine that there are other ways to know when the

time is ripe?

Can anyone help me?
