Zero Point Soup?

MMMM my kitchen is smelling good today. I am using the juice from when I

crock potted my roast the other night and I'm making my zero point soup in it.

There was absolutely NO fat in the juice so I'm wondering if it can be

considered zero point still.

Excellent. That is what I'm having tonight. Not sure what else yet. I'm not
