Ok.. I have a huge addiction to carbs. So, what I've been doing is trying to

eat things that say whole grain, for example the healthy harvest wheat pasta or

whole grain bread like honey oat nut. Also, I eat a lot of pita wraps, like the

garlic and herb or the tomato basil. I put spinach, feta, onions, grape

tomatoes, and turkey or tuna in them. Are these good choices? Does anyone know

if I'm doing the right thing here? Thanx!
