So, what I've been doing is trying to eat things that say whole grain, for example the healthy harvest wheat pasta or whole grain bread like honey oat nut. Also, I eat a lot of pita wraps, like the garlic and herb or the tomato basil. I put spinach, feta, onions, grape tomatoes, and turkey or tuna in them. Are these good choices?
