> Ok.. I have a huge addiction to carbs. So, what I've been doing

is trying to eat things that say whole grain, for example the

healthy harvest wheat pasta or whole grain bread like honey oat

nut. Also, I eat a lot of pita wraps, like the garlic and herb or

the tomato basil. I put spinach, feta, onions, grape tomatoes, and

turkey or tuna in them. Are these good choices? Does anyone know

if I'm doing the right thing here? Thanx!

Nicci,

I am no expert, but I think that they are all good choices as far as

carbs go. Good job!

Yes, I think those are good choices. Are you using Mayo on them? Jinx

That's great. That's pretty much exactly what I do. Although watch

the labels on the pita, some are made with white flour and some

packages that say whole grain only contain a percentage of whole

grains. I buy the whole wheat pitas and tortillas. I've been eating

this way since February and I've lost 25 pounds since January, so

things have been working. I swear by complex carbs and I swear by

eating carb/protein/fat at every meal/snack. I eat 5-6 times a day.

How often are you eating? Do you feel full eating this way?

> No mayo. Even when I wasn't watching what I eat I always ate my

sandwiches dry. Kinda strange I guess. My mom is a health nut

though, and I grew up without mayo. How'd I end up 380? LOL.

> Nicci

Nicci,

Not so strange, I have always eaten mine that way too. Don't care

for anything other than ketchup or bbq sauce on a burger, and

sandwiches should be dry, IMO.
