I think that's what I'm going to do. The afternoons are the hardest for

him, so maybe I'll pick him up at 1:30 this week, and each week up it by 15

minutes. Or, if it seems to be working really well, just leave it at 1:30.

We've done that every year, ellen!

Each school year we've started out with a 'modified school day', with me

picking up way before the end of the day, and moving pick-up time

gradually later and later until he can handle the full day.

Could this be an option for you?
