Neither one of those abbreviations are ringing any bells at all for me, so if you could give some of the context that would be great. Also, I know that I have a hard time with some doctors when they spell and hearing letters incorrectly, so that could the case here, my worst problem is hearing H instead of something else. So give us some more context, like at least the sentence or two before and after, and what some idea of what the doc is looking for and we'll work on it.
