throat burning, any ideas?

Hi guys,

My daughter is doing an ALA round. She says the capsules get stuck in

her throat and then she gets a burning sensation. She is taking 10 mg

ALA (acid) per dose, and I fill the rest of the caps with ascorbic

acid powder. I don't really want to leave the ascorbic acid out

because I have found it really helps. Caps are size '0', which is

the smallest I can get out here (in the middle of no where).

Any ideas?
